Breakfast at Estel's

This morning I was reading about the egg shortage in this weeks ambergris today and it got me wanting breakfast at Estel's.

When Paul woke up he agreed that was a good plan but wanted an iced coffee first and some pc time to wake up so I got to chat with my friends for a while on the Ambergris Caye message board - everyone was in big chat talking about February plans and meeting up with each other when they get here.

While waiting for our breakfast, I shot a few pictures on the beach.
