Mermaid Kiss

Just finished my snack of cucumber slices with complete seasoning on top, this is my healthy alternative to chips - it has the salty crunchy thing going on – sometimes it works and sometimes I still want the chips anyways ha ha.

Being realistic - sometimes healthy will just not cut it and you want to let loose and enjoy a real treat - what better than a Mermaid Kiss to quench your desire.

Mermaid Kiss by Rebecca & Changes in Latitudes
From the 2007 Lobsterfest... sweet, refreshing and the color of the Caribbean Sea.

THE MERMAID KISS

Mix with lots of ice:
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curacao
1 oz lime squash
1/2 oz coconut cream
4 oz water

Pour into tall glass, recline in beach chair and enjoy.

Help Save Bacalar Chico

According to 7News Belize, the Government of Belize is planning to 'De-Reserve' at least 3,000 acres of the Bacalar Chico Marine & Wildlife Reserve in Northern Ambergris Caye, and sell the land to developers. According to reports, the deal is all but done. Residents of Ambergris Caye are being urged to come together and protest this issue. It is also very important for non residents of Belize to support this issue. Many of you have fallen in love with Ambergris Caye and keep coming back for more.
