Action packed

So much action here it is hard to catch it all like the other day when I was sitting on our veranda and saw a kid go cartwheeling by or the countless times I have seen interesting doubles on bikes.

I just clocked in entry number 36 for the photo contest - time is running out so get your entries in sooner than later. Please remember to label which category your photos go into if you don't I will put them in a category for you.

Glad to see you included the shots of the kids doing flips at the skydive landing spot. Amazing to have caught them in mid air. I think those are one of my favorite pictures.

Help Save Bacalar Chico

According to 7News Belize, the Government of Belize is planning to 'De-Reserve' at least 3,000 acres of the Bacalar Chico Marine & Wildlife Reserve in Northern Ambergris Caye, and sell the land to developers. According to reports, the deal is all but done. Residents of Ambergris Caye are being urged to come together and protest this issue. It is also very important for non residents of Belize to support this issue. Many of you have fallen in love with Ambergris Caye and keep coming back for more. Please help us make it known how we feel about the preservation of Marine and Wildlife Reserve area of Bacalar Chico. If you are not in Belize and want to take a stand against the sale and de-reserve of Bacalar Chico land please leave a comment with your first and last name and where you are from and I will put together a master list.
