Today is an exciting day - not only did we give notice to our landlord, I finally got 2 clips up on You Tube . First things First - Recently Stacy asked us if we wanted to move into the big green house. We both wanted more space and that place fits much of what is on our list. The other day we sat down with her and had a pow wow and decided that was the next step for all us. After playing with video option on my camera Saturday night and yesterday along with a short tutorial from Paul about using movie maker, I was able to edit my clips and get them up on you tube and my blog.

I have a bad habit of not eating breakfast. Realistically I know I should eat before I have my morning iced coffee but never seem to get around to it. I am sure a few of you are saying 'yeah right' because you know I have a big appetite. Today it was after one by the time I ate and the funny thing is I already had dinner on the go cause I decided to do ribs in the crock pot. Another bad habit I have is that I sometimes get caught chatting on the coconut phone when I am about to go out. I can just see Paul nodding in agreement on that all the way from BC's - like right now RIBeth just popped me and I could not help talking to her because we are both excited about her coming next week. Enough reading blogs - time to get get ready to head off to the Carnival. Had a great time. I ran into Donna r and ended up hanging out with Alexis for a while. We walked around looking at everything watched the fireworks together. He wanted me to go on the ferris wheel but I told him once was enough for me. I mentioned earlier this week that we were not doing so well getting early morning walks in - having a hard time cracking the 6:30 am barrier so we decided to do a Friday night night walk instead. I like walking cause it is a nice time to talk about anything and everything as well as getting some exercise in. Ran into Rene and Robert on the road near Lil Alphonse Tours - what was a nice surprise to see them back in town again. We headed south and went visiting along the way. Stopped to check out Linda's new Gallery / shop it is looking really nice - she is where the hammock house used to be and has expanded her selection. Next we went on to Stacy's and chatted with her and Rick for a while, then it was off to see Paul and Molly and back home again stopping for egg-rolls for me and a homer simpson burger for Paul along the way.

Sending a big birthday shout out to Miss Sharon from the tacos. I just got home from shopping for your present. I got it on middle street - found a few things I hope you will like - Paul sends hugs and kisses and will be peacefully enjoying the b-ball draft pick while we are out. I just arranged meeting up with Carole and Travis so we can all make our way there together. It has been a bit of a gray day and I was not up for going out and shooting pics. The good news is I did test my dicapac underwater camera case and got it fully working. It is a good solution until I can get an all weather camera. I have been getting a few recommendations and they are not too expensive. We did not set the alarm as planned for 5:30 am and go for a walk on the beach as planned this morning. - still recovering from lobsterfest. It is an exciting day - I am meeting Travis from Curent tv this morning at Estel's and then we are heading to the school so he can meet the H.C. crew and work on a story. Paul asked me to go to perk first then I could go to Estel's but we are way to slow for that lol so I said let's reverse that idea he can come meet Travis and then go to perk while Travis and I breakfast and then head to the school. Visit to the school was productive. Travis had a great tour of the school and San Mateo area. So much has gone on there in the second year. 22 students just had graduation Sunday - our Valedictorian was a boy who was heading down the wrong path and was able to get turned around and headed in a better direction. There is a scholarship program in place and the top students will be offered scholarships so they can continue their education -
